BYOK
Bring your own key — you supply AI, voice, or video API keys in Admin rather than using a Hirevia-hosted key. See ai-providers.md.
Default model
The active AI Providers configuration used for a job (Scores, Text, Voice, or Video). See Ai Providers.
Extended license
One paid end product; may enable SaaS Billing, guest try, and wallet credits. See License and editions

Guest try
Practice without an account. Requires Extended plus a per-plugin switch. See Guest try
Health
Admin → Health status board for license, queue, mail, AI, and realtime. See Access and Health
Hold
Credits reserved when a voice or video session starts; unused portion returns to the wallet when the session ends. See Credits overview
Job / capability
An AI Providers slot: Scores, Text, Voice, or Video. Each job has its own default model. See AI providers.
Marketplace

PAL
Tavus persona / interviewer shell used for video interviews. See Tavus setup
Plugin

Reverb
