Voice interview overview

How it works

1. The candidate opens Voice from Prep (or Guest try when enabled).
2. On the lobby they set role, job description (required), optional CV, and — on Extended — a duration capped by their wallet.
3. Hirevia holds credits for the full booked duration, then opens the voice room.
4. The browser connects directly to the configured Voice provider (BYOK). Laravel does not proxy the audio stream.
5. When the session finishes, used minutes are charged (`ceil(minutes) × rate`); unused hold returns. The queue builds the report.

What the admin controls

• Plugin: Marketplace → Voice interviews (free).
• AI model + credits: Admin → AI Providers → Voice job (per-minute rate on Extended; minimum 1).
• Default duration: Plugin configure / defaults used when there is no duration picker (Regular).
• Plan access (Extended): Finance → Edit plan → Voice.
• Guest try (Extended): Same guest-try path as text when the product allows it.

Regular vs Extended

• Regular: About N minutes from the plugin default — no wallet picker.
• Extended: Duration picker; hold at start, settle on finish.
