Text interview overview

How it works

1. The candidate opens Text from Prep (or Guest try when enabled).
2. On the lobby they choose a role, paste or fetch a job description (required), and optionally attach a CV.
3. Hirevia creates a session, reserves credits when billing is on, and opens the text room.
4. The AI interviewer asks questions; the candidate types replies. The browser talks to the configured Text AI provider (BYOK).
5. When the session ends, the queue scores the interview and builds a report.

What the admin controls

• Plugin: Marketplace → Text interviews (free). Enable it so the mode appears.
• AI model + credits: Admin → AI Providers → Text job (default model and credits per interview on Extended).
• Plan access (Extended): Finance → Edit plan → Text interviews toggle.
• Guest try (Extended): SaaS Billing / Guest try settings — visitors can run text without an account when allowed.

Regular vs Extended

• Regular: No wallet. Candidates use text freely once the plugin and AI Providers are configured.
• Extended: Plan must allow Text; starting a session charges the Text credit rate from the wallet.
