One-way overview

How it works

  1. The admin creates packs under Admin → One-way (prompts, order, per-pack credits). Content is authored in English.
  2. Optionally DeepL-translate drafts, review with Content language, then Publish {Language} / Unpublish {Language} for the selected locale (see Language translations).
  3. The Prep sidebar shows One-way once at least one pack exists.
  4. The candidate opens `/user/one-way`, picks a pack and (when available) a Language, then starts.
  5. They work through timed think / answer phases.
  6. Completing the pack finishes the run; scoring / the report use the run language.

What the admin controls

  • Plugin: Marketplace → One-way practice (paid).
  • Packs: Admin → One-way — content and credits (`0` = free pack).
  • Translations: Translate / Translate missing / Translate all (queued jobs). Review with content language; publish or unpublish one language at a time. Needs DeepL under Admin → Languages and a queue worker.
  • Default timers + prompts: Plugins → One-way → Configure (think seconds, answer seconds, system prompts).
  • Plan access (Extended): Finance → Edit plan → One-way.

Languages for candidates

  • Only published locales appear in the Language column (plus English).
  • Changing language updates the pack name/role preview before start.
  • After start, language is locked for that run; retake can choose again.

Credits (Extended)

Starting a pack charges the pack’s credit amount from the wallet. Regular license has no end-user wallet.
