Credits overview
Two different knobs
- Plan feature (Finance → Edit plan) — may the user open this product?
- Credit rate (AI Providers / QP banks / One-way packs) — how many credits does one use cost?
Plan toggle ≠ price.
Where rates are set
- Text — AI Providers → Text job — per interview
- Voice / Video — AI Providers — per minute
- Scores — AI Providers → Scores — per scoring run
- Question practice — per bank (run / rewrite); `0` = free
- One-way — per pack; `0` = free
- Tavus recording extra — video plugin configure — per recorded minute (only if candidate opts in)

On Extended, interview/score rates are at least 1. Banks and packs may be free.
Wallet behaviour
- Plans grant included credits each period; credit packs are one-time top-ups.
- Voice/video: hold for the full booked duration at start; finish charges
`ceil(used minutes) × rate`; unused hold returns. - Recording extras only apply when the candidate opts in on the lobby.
Credit packs and gateway sync
Credit packs (Finance → Credit packs) are sold through the same payment gateways as plans. Checkout does not invent a pack price on the fly.
- Auto sync — Saving an active pack syncs Product / Price IDs to every enabled, configured gateway.
- Price changes — Editing the pack price rotates the gateway price so new purchases use the new amount.
- Out of sync — Finance → Credit packs (and Payment methods) can show an out-of-sync banner. Use Resync after fixing a gateway or adding a new payment plugin.
- Buy credits — Candidates purchase from
`/user/billing`or in-room “Buy credits” only when the pack mapping is synced for that gateway.
Included credits on a subscription plan are granted by Hirevia after the plan’s own sync + successful subscribe — they are not a separate “credit product” on the gateway.

Plan sync and pack sync are independent. Publishing plans does not sync packs (and the reverse). Resync each catalog from its Finance screen when the banner appears.
Regular license
No end-user wallet. AI Provider credit fields are hidden; candidates are not charged per session by Hirevia.
