Install and enable Video interviews (paid Marketplace plugin).

Install and enable Tavus.

Create an API key + PAL in Tavus PAL Maker

Keep the PAL as a thin interviewer shell — Hirevia injects role, agenda, and CV per session.

AI Providers → Add model → Video → Tavus → API key + PAL ID + face → credits/minute → Default.

Optional: Plugins → Video interviews → Configure → enable Tavus cloud recording + extra credits per recorded minute.

Recording is offered to signed-in candidates only when the admin enables it. Extra credits apply only if the candidate opts in on the lobby. Early end refunds unused interview and recording hold.
