Upload files → Create MySQL DB → Open site URL → Install wizard
  → Requirements → Permissions → License → Database → Owner → Done
  → Cron → Marketplace plugins → AI Providers → Test interview

Step-by-step

Upload the Hirevia package with the web root at public/.

Ensure hidden files (.env, .htaccess) are present.

Create a MySQL database and user.

Visit https://your-domain.example\.

Complete the install wizard (requirements, permissions, license, database, owner).

Log in as the owner → Admin.

Configure cron CRON job

Open Admin → Marketplace and install interview + AI plugins.

Open Admin → AI Providers and add models (Scores + interview job).

Smoke-test a text (or voice) interview.

Do not skip license activation. Marketplace downloads and free plugins depend on a valid license.

First-login checklist

• Site Settings — branding, persona name, support tickets.
• Marketplace — AI provider + interview product plugins.
• Plugins — enable installed modules.
• AI Providers — Scores (required) + Text/Voice/Video as needed.
• Email — SMTP for verification and notifications.
• Cron — every-minute `schedule:run` (required for reports).
• Health — confirm license, queue, mail, AI look OK.
• Optional: Reverb for instant report/notification push. Without it, short AJAX polling still updates building reports and the inbox badge. Typical shared hosting often cannot keep Reverb running — that is fine.
• Run one full interview → confirm a report appears (cron must be running).
